As per implementation guide, we have to create a new application based on Pega Knowledge 7.4.
So in this context then there would be two application .
1.New application based on Pega Knowledge 7.4.
2.Existing Application CPM 7.4 .
We do not want have two separate application.
I would like to know If it is feasible to add KMPortal in our existing application Access group .We will just create three access groups for each KM Role ( Author, Approver & Publisher)
So then Agent or Manager can be able to switch the portal like if they want create content or approver or publish the content then they go to Knowledge Portal otherwise they will go to their Interaction Portal and add the created Content in the Interaction Case or Task screens.
