How to incorporate SCreen Reader in Pega Chat using pega accessibility ?

Hi. I have below requirement on pega chat. Could you please help me out in resolving this issue.

"Ability for a client to be able to run the Live Chat through a speech reader to detect the client input and agent input."

I have enabled the accessibility. Can anyone please suggest on the further steps.
