The message would typically occur if the lock was lost. Are you using default or optimistic locking? What are the lock timeouts set to if using default? Have you noticed the message occurring after any specific actions? Then you could trace with the Locking event type to see what was causing it to be released.
I m facing the same issue. I have default locking enabled. I changed the lock out time on the interaction case type to 45mins. Still, i see after 30 mins, i see the lock out msg. May I please know the solution you implemented?
P.S: After increasing the lock out time, i did logoff and logged in.
