How to modify text inside a button?
I have been facing an issue in modifying the text in buttons.I have created a Typography mixin called ButtonText and applied to my custom Button control - BlueButtons.
I have applied BlueButton control type to my buttons. I'm able to see the required style when I save the section containing the buttons
Whereas when I run the case type I'm not getting the required style. The output is as shown below.
The typography mixin is not getting applied. I have tried setting this style using specific styles option. That doesn't work either. I'm not sure what style is overriding here. Kindly help to solve this.
Please open your portal rule form and try to find out what is the skin rule mentioned there ,Then check whether the mixin you are creating , is in the same skin rule or not,if its not then try to create the same mixin in the skin rule that your portal is referencing.
eg if your portal is referencing skin rule "MyAppSkin" then open the skin rule from there and do the require changes(create new mixin) in that skin.
Please feel free to revert in case you still have any doubts.
My portal refers AppSkin which is the same rule I modified to apply styles. I need to add one more info that I'm able to change the background color and border for the aforementioned buttons and obtain desired results whereas I'm facing issues with the button text alone.
Please check if some CSS is there related to button in userworkform. If not, please use developers tools and try to inspect and check if from where these colors are getting picked. Please post the screenshots of the same in case you are unable to find the CSS.
