Hello Please help me in understanding the above question.
Thanks your information was so helpful !
Mouni,
Can you give me a little more detail about what you are trying to do? Do you want a single user to open all the assignments? Do you want the assignments to all be related to a single work object or multiple objects? Are you trying to do this from a single user action or just allow them to open assignments as they see fit? All of that can be done.
Thanks,
Mike
my question was for single user to open all the assignments?
Hello. If you use the standard case manager or case user portals, you can open multiple assignments by clicking the assignment numbers from your work list. Each will open in a separate tab so you can have multiple assignments opened simultaneously. /Eric
User would like to review the multiple tasks of a case at the same time.
Do we have any work around to open multiple assignments for a same case at a time by configuring default locking ?
If you're trying to act on multiple assignments, the bulk-processing tool may be of use to you.
If you're trying to view a cross section of info from multiple cases, for example suppose there were a "number of cars sold by this dealer" field on each case and you wanted to view the values for a whole bunch of cases, I would suggest you make a report rule the gathers and presents the results. /Eric

If I am understanding your question correct : It is about multiple assignments for the same case.
We have two locking modes at Case Type level :
This configuration can be done in Case designer.
