How Pega gets Timezone from Server

UAT server has 2 nodes. Pointing to two different databases.

UAT Node1 was there from before, used for Japan.

UAT Node2 was set up by me for India usage.

Sever time was JST and now changed to SGT.

There are many Time issues and Calendar issues in Uat 2 as they are referring Uat 1 as reference and trying to match.

Refer below screen shots from SMA, both nodes are referring to different time zones.

Console settings is JST for both nodes.

Any idea where the time zone is being picked from by PRPC.
