How to print Japanese characters in PDF
Hi,
I am trying to print japanese characters. I have updated my activity with the param.pyPDFFontsDirectory as it is explained in this post https://pdn.pega.com/pegatube/support-guide-troubleshooting-cyrillic-script-not-appearing-generated-pdf and also I have included the related .ttf font in the directory.
However it is not working in Pega 7.1.5., I am getting this error "** Caught exception while creating PDF from HTML stream" in HTMLToPDF activity.
Also I have tried this solution in 7.2 and it is working properly, but I need a solution for 7.1.5.
Could you please help me out here?

Hi Elena,
Since you have mentioned that you get an exception while the PDF is generating, might I suggest you to try out the solution posted in the Support article : https://pdn.pega.com/support-articles/caught-exception-while-creating-pdf-html-stream.
Hope this helps!
Regards,
Evita.
