How to Remove “Run in background?” functionality from bulk re-assign?
Hi Want to remove “Run in background?” functionality in bulk re-assign screen. By checking this check box, cases transfer is not successful.
If user selects 10 cases and submit to Bulk transfer. In this 9 out 10 are successfully transferring and one case is failing. This issue is happening only when user selects “Run in background?” check box.
Please provide a solution to remove/hide the “Run in background?” check box.

As of now there is no such mechanism present thru which you can disable it. We have created an enhancement request which is pending for our Product Management team's review ( FDBK-1113 ).
But I would like to stress one point here. If you need to transfer or process dozens or hundreds of assignments, it may be preferable to send the assignments for processing in the background ( via Run in background ) So removing this facility might un-necessary blocks the requester from performing other tasks.Instead of finding a way to disable "Run in background" ., I feel that identifying the root cause of why the agent is failing to process the last item would be much better. Bulk processing can skip assignments for various reasons, including the inability to acquire a lock. So checking log files and eliminating the root cause of the issue should be the preferable steps.
