Do you want to schedule same agent on weekdays and on weekends?
Same Queue activity can't be used in Agent multiple times. You have to create separate queue activity and then you have to configure them as Recurring Agent. In the Advanced Settings, you will get option to schedule the agent on weekdays/weekends and more other options.

It is not possible to do this with a single agent,for this behaviour two agents have to be configured.In one agent after selecting the recurring type,you can select the weekly radio button and choose the days on which you want to run the agent on one time and create another agent similarly and choose different days and timing.
