I have read this article before, but the URL expects multipart / form data. So whenever the content type changes, service does not work even in SOAP UI and POSTMAN. In SOAP UI, Media type is multipart/ form-data and Post QueryString is checked. This removes QUERY parameters from the URL and add them to the request body. Is there way to achieve this in Pega. In Pega, Query string parameters add to URL, though content type sets as multipart/ form-data.
