How to set up email manager (same function as mozilla thunderbird or microsoft outlook) in PEGA 7.1.9 ?

Can anyone tell me how to set up an email manager in PEGA version 7.1.9 (as mentioned on the title).

The idea is to integrate email function in a case type (get emails, send emails, reply emails, etc). Also to save the emails and make a report of how many times an email address has sent email to us or how many times we have replied.

The way I think of it is to populate email list to the repeating grid, then double-click to open the email, then there will be buttons to either reply, forward, etc. along with the title, sender, content, etc. I only don't know how to do that.

Any pointer regarding this matter is appreciated.
