How to setup up app specific access in PDC
We have configured PDC external enviornment for our on-Prem and private cloud enviornments. Right now our on-prem environment has multiple applications running on a single environment. When we configured it in PDC, we see all the apps under improvement Plan menu. We are planning to provide PDC access to our application support teams so that they can manage their app specific exceptions and fix the issues on their own. But however, we do not see that option available to configure. Can you let me know how we can proceed with this?
Also, Can you let me know if we can find any user guides/documentation on how to use all features of PDC like all the features/functions that each one can perform?

PDC 1.51 will be rolled out next week. PDC 1.51 adds an application filter to the improvement plan. Each action item is evaluated to see if it is associated mostly with a particular application and tagged with the primary application, and if it is associated with multiple applications then it is tagged as associated with multiple apps. The latest improvement plan offers options to filter for specific applications, for all applications or for cases associated with multiple applications.

I am still looking for more detailed documentation like for example how to configure custom reports, best known methods for reporting, how to make best use of Enterprise menu, How to trigger event based alerts etc. Please let me know if there is any detailed documentation for the same.
Scorecard subscription management is documented at https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/managing-pega-predictive-diagnostic-cloud-scorecard-and-alert-subscriptions. There is no way from the UI to trigger the scorecards. The "management" scorecards (weekly scorecard, daily new items scorecard, improvement plan scorecard) are generated daily and available one or more days per week. The "event" scorecards are sent when the event happens - agent disabled scorecard comes after PDC receives a PEGA0010 agent disabled alert; long running requestor is triggered by a PEGA0019 alert; clock drift is triggered by PEGA0055 alert, etc. I'll look into getting an updated report list published; and we need to simplify the subscription menu to differentiate the event scorecards from the management scorecards.
No document at present for the 'Enterprise' harness. Happy to answer specific questions in the meantime
