How to Setup Email Channel and Text Extraction

Hello,

I was trying to setup Email Channel I followed steps of configuration of Email Channel Pega community documentation.

But I'm having trouble to create a topic and use it for intelligent routing also the entity extraction to create custom entity types to extract and map to Work Object properties.

Can anyone who is familiar with the process of the setup help me in understanding how exactly it works.
