How to show different portals for internet user and intranet user
We have a requirement that VP/SVP users want to access the pega application with only few reports on the dashboard outside the client network (over internet) but within the client network (over intranet) want to see the reports as well as worklist, can update any case which will be assigned to them.
We can user 2 access groups, one for operators who log in over the internet and another one for operators who log in over intranet. In the access group we can mention portal. Configure separate portals for each access group.
Or use same portals and use privileges to show required things only for required users
