How Trigger Passed Deadline event of Work object SLA Untill Workobject got resolved.
I have a requirement to trigger Passed Deadline event of Work object SLA Untill Workobject got resolved. But in SLA rule we have "Limit Passed Deadline Events to" field, if i lefet blank or 0 in this field , passed dead line is not even triggering once, I had to give some value in this field. Is there any way to trigger this event untill work objet is resolved every day.

Though I've never tried it, I don't believe there's an upper limit for the past deadline. In a Pega 7.2 system that I have, I set it to 3650. Is it possible to pick a number like that which is significantly larger than you're likely to ever encounter?
