how to use alert message in activity to send notification
Hi ,
I need to send notification based on alert in alert logs.how it can be implemented

You can use AES for this. If you or on Pega cloud you have option of PDC.

If you dont have AES, then one way to implement is to read the PegaAlert using file listener and parse it. But this will be cumbersome.
