How to use Enable geolocation tracking setting( latitude and longitude) values in a case
How to use location values captured when we set "Enable geolocation tracking" on Case Type rule.
Hi Haria,
Thanks for posting on PSC.
Geolocation tracking captures the longitude and latitude coordinates of caseworkers as they process a case. You can view this information in a Google Map or access it systematically on the pyRecordHistoryList.pxResults clipboard page. By default, this feature is enabled when you create an application, built directly on PegaRULES, using the New Application Wizard.
Refer it:-https://pdn.pega.com/sites/pdn.pega.com/files/help_v718/procomhelpmain.htm#tools/casedesigner/casewideproperties/general/geoloaction.htm%3FTocPath%3DCase%2520management%7CCase%2520Designer%7CCase-wide%2520properties%7CProperties%2520with%2520basic%2520configuration%7CGeolocation%2520tracking%7C_____0
And for customisation:- https://pdn.pega.com/sites/pdn.pega.com/files/help_v718/procomhelpmain.htm#tools/casedesigner/casewideproperties/general/tsk_audittrailonecasetype.htm%3FTocPath%3DCase%2520management%7CCase%2520Designer%7CCase-wide%2520properties%7CProperties%2520with%2520basic%2520configuration%7CGeolocation%2520tracking%7C_____1
It gets captured in audit trail as well, https://pdn.pega.com/release-note/track-geolocation-audit-trail-actions
Hope it answers your query, kindly mark answered if it does.
Regards,
Asif
