The service provider gave the JKS file name and password. What should we do now?. We are using cloud URL supported by Pegasystems!! Should server administrator be involved? This is the recommended approach and does not require Pega Cloud administration. If this for a cloud instance, you can submit an SR for further assistance - in case you come across an error.
