How to use Net Promoter Score (Pega Survey) system in pega ?
We want to add NPS question/score system to our application and via email we want to capture the users feedback on their experience. Currentely we are running on Pega 1.7.9 version. which version of Pega customer Service frame work we need to use ? or is there any alternative of acheiving this with out using any frameworks ?
Thanks Santu. I search in the support portal to raise a media request for NPS (Pega survey) .But unfortunately have not found it. Can we request only for the NPS alone or do we need to raise request for the Pega customer service and hence use the nps feature from it.
Also for 7.1.9 which version of Pega customer service i need to request ?
