How to use Notification channel functionality (Bell Icon on Portal's Header)
Staring from Version 7.3 pega introduced bell icon which is on the top right corner in between search bar and operator id's . (Notification Channel) in portals. I want to know how to use this functionality? Which rule needs to be configured? Attached is the snap.
I did followed the link you provided and also i followed below links too . But still i'm not able to find the actual functionality. I thought we usually send email notifications to users when case routed to there Queue(WorkList) , Upon reaching Goal, Deadline we send notifications. When that particular user login to the portal then if the user has anything that will show up on click of the bell icon. Looks like my assumption is wrong.
