I am not able to open/save the attachment in my application; pop up message that "Unable to open the attachment . You lack the required permission."
Hi All, I am not able to open/save the attachment in my application from my system (checked 2 different browser). but if I use my id in other system then able to open/Save it . And also if I use other id in my system not able to open but they are able to open in them system . . This is happening with some more users . It gives pop up message that "Unable to open the attachment . You lack the required permission."
Please let me know if you have any suggestion or solution .
This could be related to permissions issue. The browser might be trying to install the OCX plugins when you try to access the attachments. Can you try to run the browser as administrator (right click on any browser icon and select the option "Run as Administrator") and let us know whether you are able to run and open the attachment.
Also provide the version of PRPC and which browser and all?
