I have a product rule created in pega 7.1.9, I have added data instances to this product rule. When I go back to open the product rule is get the following error message, what is the cause? pzInsKey of the selected Data Instance: This must be a valid ke

Normally, you should only need to list a rule-application on the product rule and not specific instances.
However, that error looks like you did list a specific instance, and it refers to an object that doesn't exist.
You could trace to see where the error is coming from, or just peruse the product rule to see if you can spot which one is bad. Maybe post a snapshot here of the product rule if you can't figure it out ? /Eric

Best way while adding data instances is, please include your rule type class (if you want to add access group, then use data-admin-operator-accessgroup) in the Individual instances to include section and click on query and search with key (i.e., instance name (ex- Administrator), so that this can avoid typo mistakes
