Our solution is trying to launch a published application from a Citrix server however, the Pega Robot Runtime is unable to launch the published application on our client machine due to error "ICA file creation failed. Cannot launch Citrix ICA client". When we are trying to launch the published application manually in the client machine, it is successfully launched.
We have verified that the Citrix context are correct since the same solution works on our Dev environment. The issue is only being encountered on the client machine in Production.
Have you installed the Citrix Channel Driver on the client machine? Assuming both Citrix environments are identical, this would be my first item that I would check. If both environments are not identical, then this might require someone who can get hands-on with your environment to troubleshoot. In that case, I would suggest creating a support case. If you do that, please record the case number in this post.

We tried to re-install the Citrix Channel Driver on the client machine however, same error is still encountered.
The only difference between our Dev machine versus the Production machine is that we used the Pega Robot Studio installer for Dev while for Production, we used the Pega Robot Runtime installer. Both installer are for version 126.96.36.199.

I would suggest locating someone in your organization who can open a support case as there really isn't a difference between Studio and Runtime that should affect this. You might also examine your RuntimeLog.txt from Studio and from Runtime to see if there are any differences when the connection is attempted. I would set all categories to verbose to capture as much information as possible.
