Question
Inbound email are not getting received due to failure of Email listner
Hi,
I am trying to run an email listener in Pega-8.1 version, in which i am able to see a success message and a failure message
Failure message:
48630e0a47c2b8bffa9428fbd601e819: Start operation failed for EmailListnername.
Success Message:
Though i receive a success message, my activity given in service email is not getting invoked and i am not receive any inbound emails triggered, Could you please help on this.

Hi LAKSHMIPRIYANKAK,
Please open your email listener rule and click on cross hair icon beside Email Account configured by you and in newly opened window test your sender and receiver configuration by click on Test Connectivity button , whether is its successfully connected or not. If there is any issue in connectivity then you need correct the same else check complete configuration of email listener rule.
