Include Report definition in the body of the email
We have a business requirement to include the report definition in the body of the email as well as the Excel attachment. Configuring notification message only allows me to write some formatted text but nothing about the report table.
Thanks for the answer. I have done step 1 and 2 just as you said. However, step 3 I am not using a correspondence rule but the scheduling and subscribing out of the box feature PEGA has under the "PEGA Case Manager" -> "Reports" section on the menu in the left hand side.
Using that feature, you can subscribe different users to the report, schedule it and configure the body of the email which only allows formatted text to be included, nothing about the report output, local properties or anything like that.
