Incoming email's From email address displaying the wrong result in email trail


  • A sent a mail to B

  • B forwarded that mail to C marking Email Bot account in CC

  • So one interaction case got created

  • From email bot reply a reply mail sent to C

  • Now C sent reply back to Email Bot account

This is the scenario.

In the email thread it is displaying the B's account instead of showing C's account as reply is lastly received from C.

Also in the clipboard D_pxEmailPosts page list's last page is displaying as classless

But if logged off and login then its working fine. pyMessageMetadata is having class and from to email addresses also updated correctly.

This is happening every time. Whenever new reply comes same scenario is happening. I tried flush data page also load data page as it is a OOTB data page.


Does anyone know the solution for this?
