Posted: 3 years agoNickLoving_GCS PEGA replied to SrinivasuAAre you saying that if the email listener reads an email with an attachment that's filename is longer than 64 characters it doesn't work? If so, what exactly is the behavior? Does it just not attach? Accepted Solution Posted: 3 years agoSrinivasuA TCS replied to NickLoving_GCSWe have validation on the file name to check the file extension, as it was more than 64 bytes sometimes, validation is getting failed. Validation was performed on the Memo field (64 bytes) on Link-Attachment. Modified the validation now to the Work-AttachFile now. It is working now with 255. bytes. Thanks.
