Using RTE for adding content in CPM-KM and have options for adding tables,images ,youtube videos,links etc.,
1) Need to understand how the Table of contents can be added in RTE (like in word we can add titles with page numbers).
2) Also from the KM screen users can see a search provision(Check the Attachment). From the KM user guide they see this search for article tittle,abstract,body and tags. But when they tested, this only returns articles that are tagged. Need brief information about this functionality

The rich text editor is designed to provide fundamental styling capabilities, but does not support a Word-like auto-TOC generator. However, you can create a TOC in MS Word, and cut and paste this into your Pega Knowledge RTE manually. An upcoming release, version 7.22 will provide a content templates capability, allowing you to create pre-formatted templates that any author can select while creating content, and pre-format the styling for a TOC, which would allow the author to add the correct section titles, etc.
Regarding the search, please ensure that the "All Work" indexing option is enabled in your system's Search settings (via Designer Studio). In Pega Knowledge, content/articles are cases (Work), so they need to be indexed by the search engine.
