Yes... But my scenario is, User logs into google and then user tries to login to the pega application... The login screen contains "Signin with Google" button.. once he clicks on that, google sends a token to that webbrowser and we need to pass that token from web browser to a pega application. We would be sending that token to google again and once after verification received from google, how can we initiate the authenticated session for the user.

The login page should not appear. I'll look into what might be missing - but as I get it, there is a pyProfileName for the OAuth client that is needed. When found, the pyGetOAuthResource activity kicks in and that looks for the token - validates with Google and provides authenticated session.
Sorry Paul... I am unable to create OAuth2 profile for Google OAuth2.. Because, SSO checkbox is available for "Box" only.
