Insights to understand WDE(Genesys) extremely slow behavior when using Robotics.
Most end users are complaining about slowness issues when they are using Robotics. The issues observed are latency and delayed response on user actions such as clicking or scrolling. This is especially true when a large list or content is present on the screen. There are no perceptible delays when WDE is launched as a standalone application (without robotics running)
An external browser session has no communication with Robotics or WDE. We opened a parallel application browser session outside WDE. With Robotics enabled, the browser session within WDE was exhibiting latency issues. However, the session in the external browser worked fine. This clearly rules out any Memory or CPU issues. Any issue with system resources would have affected both sessions.
Delete unwanted/unused match rules and give a try and check if any Antivirus stuff causing this delay issue at the your end. Disable Antivirus in box and delete unused match rules and test the WDE solution.
