Installing pega chat server

Hi,

Currently we are using CSHC 7.21 and the package is not included with pega chat.

* Is the pega chat server need to be installed separately ?

* Can we use a windows based sever machine to install pega chat server ?

If pega server needed to be installed in the installation guide is mentioning prerequisite as linux based sever machine and mongo db.

But we are using windows server 2002 machine and mysql.cant we accomplish these on this machine ?

1. Chat server has to be setup separately.


2. You can't use windows machine to do this setup. You  can use Pega chat cloud (maintained by Pega) if setup is not possible to achieve.

How can we get the Pega Chat Cloud and is there any documentation for this.
