Pega OOTB comes with efk addons (https://github.com/pegasystems/pega-helm-charts). The data collector is fluent type of implementation (normally deployed as kubernetes daemonset for each Kubernetes node). In theory, you could follow similar approach and refer splunk documentation (e.g., https://github.com/splunk/splunk-connect-for-kubernetes).
