In the upcoming release of Pega 7.3 we are releasing the next generation of multichannel capabilities which will make it far easier to integrate voice and chat channels and leverage voice and text analyzers. Integrations with Google's platforms will certainly be possible. Can you explain more about your use case and what you are looking to achieve?
