We are using PDC for our on premises PRPC 7.4 environments, and would like to know about the opportunities and possibilities to integrate this useful console with other monitoring tools we are used to adopt for other sort of applications; I would be especially interested in SNMP based integrations, or export functionalities from PDC to external systems
this would be a potential enhancement request if enough requests can be justified - request to Pega product management through your account manger with business requirements. We are enhancing the event subscription / notification features in PDC to allow users to feed their Enterprise Incident Management System from PDC. At present one can subscribe to "event scorecard" in PDC and get an email or SMS message when PDC detects an issue. We will soon offer the abilities for PDC to create incident tickets in PagerDuty and Service Now as well as or in place of emails & sms.
