Has anyone in here tried integrating with Twilio so far. If yes, can you please share the steps/guidelines to integration and download link of the component ? I have not found any article which talks about Pega-Twilio integration expect for the fact that there are a couple of threads requesting for information. However, I haven't found anything concrete that helps in integrating with the Twilio system.
Appreciate if anyone who has implemented or has knowledge to do so, could help me with it.
Not aware of any documentation. But I do see some examples in Pega's CRM application (8.0+) using Twilio through Connect-REST (Twilio must have REST APIs available). If you have the license of Pega CRM, you may want to install that and check ruleset PegaFW-Twilio.
