Interaction Case Data and Interface Layer data and rules - Sharing Options?

Hello. I have 2 Qs I was hoping someone could answer.

1) I'm aware that Pega Intelligent Virtual Assistant and Pega Pulse? keep their chat session data generated locally inside Pega through interaction cases (yes?). If I wanted to export that data to homegrown or legacy systems that are integrated with Pega through Services Orchestration, what are my options?

2) If data and business rules are stored inside of the PEGA platform's Interface Layer, can those business rules be shared or managed with legacy systems tied to Pega through Services Orchestration? Are there any restrictions on this, or are there any parts of the PEGA CRM Platform or Core Platform that have rules based permissions that can't be shared outside of PEGA?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
