Interaction History does not clear down

Original question from Charles:

Certified Pega Marketing Consultant (7.21)

I run Top Offers, create and save some IH.

Then I hit ‘Clear Interaction Results’, run Top Offers again for the same customer, repeat the accept / reject choices and I see the IH records duplicated.

This is not what I expected. Am I missing something?
