Interaction Portal - Hyperlinks in Attached Emails Not Working
Using Designer Studio, my team has created email templates which include hyperlinks.
When the corresponding emails are sent and opened by end users in Outlook, the hyperlinks work as expected.
However, when opening a case in the Interaction Portal and opening the attached copy of the very same email, the same hyperlinks are highlighted blue and are still technically clickable but do not load any new page.
Does anybody have an idea why there's inconsistency between the emails themselves and the email view within the portal?
If we can't enable URLs within the View Email page, can we ensure these disabled URLs show up in a color other than blue?
One of our SMEs attempted to replicate this on Pega CS 7.21 intsance. There looks to be no issues with the hyperlink when opened from case/outlook. Could you provide us with the detailed steps to replicate your issue please?
