The Context section defines the information Interaction Manager will track and make available to the various automations, such as property values. For instance, you can use these values as variables, such as ClientFullName, when you define predefined text for the Notes plug-in. You define the relationship between the interrogated controls and these context values when you tie items together in your automations.
You use this section to define information that is stored independent of interactions. Global values are accessed through the global dictionary component. Defining a global value is similar to defining a context value.

Global Dictionary values are for storing items that a global to the solution as opposed to being tied to a particular interaction. So for instance you would store customer name, customer account number, etc in an interaction - but you would store a URL, count of payments, count of phone calls, etc in the Global Dictionary.
