End users have been reporting one of the below mentioned issues on intermittent basis (irrespective of the type of work flow).Couldnt find anything relevant in the logs (Application Stack : PRPC731,MSSQL and Tomcat 8.5.13).Is this a product issue ? Network issue ?
1)A message ‘This action is not allowed as it is outside current transaction’ with grey background
2)A blank screen with white background and/or with sad smiley face.
Please suggest where to start and troubleshoot/resolve further.
