Interrogation is not working in Pega Robotic studio
When I try to interrogate some application. The robotic studio is unable to launch the application and shows time out error. In case of web interrogation, the IE is launched but the studio still throws the timeout error.
IE Version - IE 11
Pega Studio - 14.0

What version of Windows 10 and what version of Pega Robotics are you using? There was an issue with older version of Pega Robotics and an update to Windows 10 that I believe caused this issue. You might also check to see if Pega Robotics is being blocked by any security software.
I am using Pega Robotic Studio Version 14.0.25420.1 D14REL
Pega Robotic Studio 188.8.131.52
Windows 10 Pro - version 1809.
IE Version 11.737.17763.0

Initially, I was unable to interrogate Windows or Web application(IE), as I was getting "The process failed to start within the given timeframe" . Then after a suggestion, I disabled my Antivirus software and was able to interrogate the CRM application. But still facing issues with Web interrogation.
