IOS & Android updates & How the client receive the comunication

Hi, One of my prospects ask me the following related Mobile Pega 7

How often the platform is updated to have the latest versions of the Android and IO systems?
From which moment the client can make use of these new functionalities once are deploy in Pega? in other words, how fast Pega comunicate the clients about new releases? is this has a cost for them?
In terms of digital channels (social networks), is there any cost for the use evry channel an the number of messages?
What is the situation with Whats up? and why is not it enabled as a digital channel? Will there be any cost when it is included?
