Issue with data page service response

We are getting the following error from a service request in a data page

** Error loading  D_Xxx, Reason : org/apache/commons/codec/binary/Base64

There is no reponse on the data page but no and the request seems to be successful from the tracer but the always shows up, has anyone faced this issue before?

Can you check the encoding format that is present as part of the JVM parameters?
