This is configured in MQ Server rule and your MQ Listener MDB will extract everything for deployment to application server. We are usingJNDI and JMS MDB listners. We are not using MQ server rules. For the queue configuration we are using binding files. We are not sure which elements we need to modify for enabling the SSL.
