Issue in http://IPaddress:port/prScreenShot/rest/capture

Hi Team,

We have deployed and configured a PhantomJS REST server as per document.
Document: https://pdn.pega.com/documents/pega-72-platform-update-guide.

But we are getting the below issue:
"The server is not responding. Try againg and contact your system administrator if the problem persists"

Please find the attached screenshot for details of the issue.
