Issue with incoming box
In my application, if the user open a new case then close it without submitting case , the case appear in incoming box, and if the user click on the case id in incoming box the case it will open in new window then if the user submit the case and click in the case id again the new window it will open and show this message >>please see the attachment , because the case goes to another user.
my requirement is when the case is submitting it will refresh the incoming box.

Taking a look at the screen shot, does the assignment still exist in the database? If I had to guess, it probably has bee moved to a workbasket (is that what you mean by "incoming box"). Assuming I'm right and the key in the error message doesn't exist in the database, you'll want to trace your process and figure out where the reassign is. Then you'll want to make sure either you assign it back or refresh the worklist, or otherwise get yourself into a state where the click that induces the error won't cause problems.
