The Robot VM is set up correctly and running.But the issue is that, it is not picking up the cases and running the automation from robotic queue.PEGA Version -7.3.0Open Span version – 8.0.1037Looking at the logs, I found the following error. Posted: 2 years agogrona PEGA replied to BHATTACT500 is a failure code, and 403 means the operation is forbidden. I would assume the first is causing the second. Check to make sure your username and password are correct, and that you're pointed to the right URL.
