Issue in shared cases functionality
we have customized the shared case functionality and it was working fine. But all of sudden its stopped showing recent shared cases in portal in production. But in pre-prod its working fine. We checked code base in pre-prod and prod everything looks similar.
We are not getting any clue why all of sudden its stopped working.Any suggestions please..
We found the root cause for this issue as pagination on report definition and 50 records per page.
In shared cases, while we are displaying list of cases to user we are running three different deport definitions on three different class groups(Different case types) and Appending all results by looping through each report definition result by changing some data.
In this process, while looping through the results of report definition , for each embedded page is considering only first page result(i.e 50 records) and not going to next page and coming out of loop.
This is happened because of pagination settings on report definition 50 records per page. then we removed pagination and and specified maximum limit, its resolved the issue.
This might be Pega product enhancement, i would be great its can be considered in future releases.
