I was attempting for Pega CSA online certification exam by Pearson VUE. But, in the middle of the exam it got interrupted and the test window got closed then it showed a window with message "You test will be resumed soon". After waiting for 2 hours straight in that window the test did not resume. I tried calling the customer service by call and mail ,but they are not responding. So is there any way through which i can reschedule or cancel the exam? Please let me know.

So sorry to hear this! Have you contacted Pearson Vue directly? Usually they need to resolve this directly with the candidate. Once you contact them, you should hear back within 5-7 business days. If you don't hear back from them by then, please email email@example.com with your exam details and description of what happened and we can look into it for you!
