I do not have any knowledge of that application. You might consult with their support team to determine if it supports winhllapi (there would likely be a dll installed with it usually named winhllapi...dll). You might also need to onfigure the emulator to support it or installed something additional.
Since Pega Robotics is build using .Net framework, I hope that OutsideView emulator that supports .Net Api can be interrogated with the adaptors available in Pega Robotics.Can you please confirm regarding the same and also suggest us which text adaptor type can be used in this context?

The Pega Robotics integration with emulators is only done through WinHLLAPI. If you need support for other technologies, you can work with your account team to get this added as a feature request. You might also try switching to a different emulator such as Attachmate or IBM Pcom (or really any one that supports WinHLLAPI).
